Msgr. or Father will call you forward after Communion to receive the Crucifix. You will then take it home with you to pray for vocations during the week. You will also take home the Traveling Crucifix box, which will be waiting for you to pick up after Mass. It is a black or black and green box and will be on one of the tables in the vestibule. Ask an usher if you can't find it. Please look through the box as there are prayers and other materials that may be helpful for you as you pray during the week.
Then, on the following Sunday at the same Mass time, bring the Crucifix and box back to church and give it to one of the ushers. We plan to have the family who prayed for Vocations during the week bring forward the Offeratory gifts. So, if you are able to do so at that time, let an usher know that you are there. If you cannot make the same Mass time the following week, that's okay. Just bring the Traveling Crucifix kit back to church when you come to Mass and leave it on a table in the vestibule.
